Founded in the early 1990s, Mauro Sebaste has earned a reputation for crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines that balance traditional Piedmontese character with a refined, approachable style. The Cerretta vineyard is prized for its limestone-rich soils and ability to produce Barolo with remarkable structure, depth, and aging potential. Complex and powerful, this wine opens with aromas of rose petal, red cherry, wild strawberry, and dried cranberry, layered with notes of licorice, tobacco, truffle, and sweet spice.
