Royal Copenhagen, Blue Fluted Plain bowl. Round porcelain bowl decorated with hand-painted cobalt blue underglaze in the classic Blue Fluted Plain pattern. The bowl features a softly contoured shape with a gently flaring rim and a segmented well with central floral and scrolling motifs. Model 1/304. An elegant example of Royal Copenhagen craftsmanship from the interwar period. Origin: Denmark. Material: Porcelain. Dimensions: H. 6 cm, D. 20 cm. Period: approx. 1920s. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear, first factory quality. Bio: Blue Fluted Plain is Royal Copenhagen’s oldest and most enduring pattern, first introduced in 1775. Bowls produced in the 1920s reflect a continuation of traditional forms combined with refined craftsmanship, and are today valued for both their aesthetic quality and historical significance.
