Whole Eye Fillet $115 per kg Weighing approximately 1.5kg, the whole Eye Fillet is from grass fed, two year old Black Angus cattle raised on our farm. The cut is packaged in cryovac. Please advise at check out if you would like the cut to be whole, or to be packaged into packs of two steaks, as this can be arranged. Delivery Estimated delivery dates in the week of 23 June 2026. Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date. Wait lists are available for sold out orders, please contact us directly if you would like to be added to a list. Please note that the weight of the cut will depend on the beast, and the payment of $100 is a deposit only, and an invoice will be sent once the final weight is confirmed.
