Lucky Dice Signet Ring
A mysterious symbol, described in Ernst Lehner's book, 'Symbols, Signs & Signets' (1950), as "The Dice of Good Luck (Japanese)," is hand-engraved on the octagonal face of this signet ring. The only other instance of the symbol I have found is the cover art of French multi instrumentalist musician Asagaya's 2020 single Sesquipedalian.* The signet ring is vintage, solid 9 carat gold, with London hallmarks for the year 1968, and we've given it a brushed, matte gold finish. *Sesquipedalian means (of a word) polysyllabic; long. Era: Vintage, 1968 Head: 12.7mm by 12.1mm Hallmarks: English, London, 9ct Gold
