The Contracor SGV abrasive metering valve is specially designed for accurately metering heavy or aggressive abrasives, such as steel grit, steel shot and aluminium oxide. Thanks to its smart design, the valve never comes into direct contact with the abrasive, which greatly reduces wear. Optimal durability and ease of use In the SGV valve, the abrasive flows exclusively through a replaceable rubber inner tube. This unique construction makes maintenance quick and easy; wear is limited to the rubber tube, which can be replaced easily. Simple and precise adjustment The abrasive dosage is precisely controlled by means of a user-friendly handwheel. Turning the handwheel increases or decreases the flow opening of the rubber tube. This allows you to adjust the abrasive quantity very precisely for the best blasting result and minimal consumption.
