Flour on the counter, something delicious in the works...this is your sign to finally try homemade pasta! After a quick demo on the basics, you’ll roll, cut, and fill ravioli—a versatile pasta that can give your creative side room to run. The ravioli will be cooked together and served with a simple sauce during class, and you’ll head home with new skills, fresh inspiration, and recipes to keep the pasta nights going. Please note: An apron will be provided for class use, but wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. This class is vegetarian friendly. Vegan and gluten-free options are not available at this time. Please be aware that The Commissary is not an allergen-free environment.
