Ciel The Patron Shiraz

The back bone, the serious one, the decision maker. The Ciel Patron is a Single Vineyard Shiraz from Stonewell in the Barossa Valley. The wine comes from 100-year-old vines and is handpicked and then crushed with 15% whole bunch. It is then rested in 100% new French Oak barrels. The proprietor “or Patron” holds a strong character, the natural leader, but maintains a level of empathy. The Patron is the Chief of the Pack, the leader of the Ciel Estate and Icon ranges. The Patron features a richness and weight in its palette whilst displaying flavours of bitter chocolate and cocoa supported by a lush and velvety tannin structure. This release is limited to 1,000 bottles of this wine, with each bottle being individually numbered. Our fastest selling wine, stock won't last too long!
