The item was never used and is still under warranty. Description Electric only heated towel rail designed for narrow wall spaces requiring independent heating without connection to central heating. Pre filled with glycol for immediate installation and stable heat output. Flat - straight ladder design provides increased towel capacity with even heat distribution across all bars. Manufactured from steel for consistent thermal performance and finished in chrome for corrosion resistance and long term durability. Supplied with electric heating element and can be converted to dual fuel with additional components.
