Beveled rings made of carbon steel or stainless steel and sized according to the liner outside diameter. A specially threaded top cap allows the liner to extend from the top of the probe body for easy extraction without handling or disturbing the sample. The Push-and-Pull extraction system helps improve the integrity of your samples. Soil core samplers allow the user to collect relatively undisturbed samples from the subsurface or from pre-drilled holes. Samples are collected in liners that can be properly prepared and transferred to a laboratory for soil profiling or chemical analysis. The liner can also be extruded in the field for immediate examination of the core sample. Note: Hammer, threaded cap, and liner sold separately or as part of a kit.
