Grape Variety: 33% Folle Blanche, 33% Pinot Gris, 33% Pinot Noir Producer: Domaine Landron Chartier (Benoît Landron) Region: Muscadet Couteaux de la Loire, France Certified Organic Wild Scale: 3/5 Vegan friendly wine 11% alcohol Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast. WIne was bottled before this process was complete in order to trap fizz inside the bottle (ancestral winemaking technique - Pet Nat). No fining or filtration. Small amount of sulphur added during fermentation. This Wine: Natural sparkling white wine with a pink hue. Lively acidity with flavours of lemon, pink grapefruit and white flowers. A Pet Nat to provide ultra refreshment! Notes on the Winemaker: Benoît Landron (nephew of local legend Jo Landron) produces certified organic wines in the Muscadet region close to Nantes. We visited the vineyards back in 2017 and are huge fans of his Pet Nats as well as his everyday classic styles that always offer great value for money.
