Over the years, Westland has exchanged whiskey casks with some of our favorite regional breweries, building relationships rooted in camaraderie and shared craft. Those collaborations have left us with a small but unexpected collection of distinctive releases. Our latest Cask Exchange draws from one of the most expressive: a Saison cask from Fair Isle, where “Pjotr” was made using Purple Egyptian barley.
