Our TotalControl™ MFC Control Box is a versatile solution designed to work seamlessly with analog mass flow controller (MFC) and mass flow meter (MFM) instruments. It can be setup for a variety of meter connections, including older Edge-card mass flow controllers from brands such as Tylan, Sierra, MKS, and others. TotalControl™ features a 7-inch touch-screen HMI interface which allows operators to monitor real-time flow measurements, configure setpoints easily, and view cumulative totals via the built-in flow totalizer. In addition to precise control of legacy MFCs, the system includes robust data logging capabilities, capturing flow rates, setpoints, totals, and operational events for process monitoring and analysis. By combining modern user-friendly controls with compatibility for existing hardware, TotalControl™ provides a reliable, efficient, and upgradeable solution for laboratories and industrial applications seeking enhanced functionality without replacing their existing MFCs.
