Rum Discovery Night - New Arrivals

Join us in the Casa de Vinos Lounge for an evening exploring some of the newest rum arrivals to land in-store. From the vibrant Agricole Blanc expressions of Neisson to rare aged releases from regions of the world we seldom have the opportunity to experience here in Australia, this tasting offers a great opportunity to discover a diverse range of rum styles. A highlight of the evening will be selections from the La Maison du Whisky “Flag Series” range - produced by one of the most respected independent bottlers in continental Europe. These bottlings showcase unique distilleries and styles from across the globe, each selected for their individuality and character. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a guided masterclass tasting featuring the following line-up: • Neisson “Le Rhum Par Neisson” Agricole Blanc Rum - 50% ABV • Neisson Profil Équilibre Carole Aurore - 49% ABV • Saint Lucia 21 Year Old 2004, LMDW Flag Series - 58.3% ABV • Dominican Republic 17 Year Old, LMDW Flag Series - 60.8% ABV • Thailand 8 Year Old 2016, LMDW Flag Series - 61% ABV The tasting will be presented in a relaxed masterclass format with shared cheese and charcuterie boards on the tables, creating the perfect setting for discussion, discovery, and an enjoyable evening among fellow rum lovers. Following the 90-minute tasting session, guests are invited to remain in the lounge, continue the conversation, and perhaps enjoy another rum or two from the bar.
