Fedellos, Bastarda 2023

This wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and maceration with whole clusters for two months. It is aged for eight months in used foudres. The Bastardo grapes come from both old and young vines from various high-altitude vineyards in the Bibei region of eastern Ribeira Sacra, resulting in a very fruity and delicate red wine.
