True pizza requires temperatures that conventional kitchen ovens cannot reach. Fontana's Piero can reach temperatures over 400ºc, allowing cooking results worthy of the most expert professional pizza chef. This pizza oven is ex-display stock at Kitchen in the Garden based at Cedar Nursery. It is sold with moderate cosmetic wear and tear. The reduced price reflects its current condition (see additional photos). These impairments do not effect the ovens use.
