Deathcap Fungi 3D Thread Sculpture #7.

This piece is my sculpted thread version of the species Amanita phalloides (deathcap) a highly toxic species found throughout New Zealand that is often mistaken as an edible species resulting in mushroom-related deaths. Every fungi I create is meticulously studied and copied from a real specimen, that has been photographed by myself from locations all over New Zealand. Each mushroom is carefully pinned to perspex, and encased in a clear acrylic box like a preserved specimen. The box measures: Height: 21cm Width: 22cm Depth: 10cm. Ready for hanging straight onto the wall. Each piece comes with its own signed certificate of authenticity.
