Add 40–60ml hot water at approximately 80°C. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. Add 150–200ml hot or iced milk. Sweeten if desired. Use around 2g for a softer citrus-forward drink and 3–4g when you want the black tea character to remain pronounced through milk.
