Do not use more than two sprays in each nostril in a day. Use it regularly for the best effect. Shake the bottle gently before each use. If it is new, or you have not used it for a while, prime it until a fine mist appears. Gently blow your nose to clear it, then keep your head tilted slightly forward. Close one nostril, insert the nozzle into the other aiming slightly away from the middle of your nose, and spray while breathing in gently. Repeat in the other nostril.
