When Heiner Sauer reactivated his grandfather’s estate in 1986, it started with just 2.5 hectares. Right from the outset, he rejected conventional methods, committing fully to ecological viticulture. Superb value organic dry Riesling from Pfalz with crystalline lemon and lime aromas. Tightly-coiled and linear on the palate with more citrus fruit, a floral hint and zippy green apple acidity.
