As a practical guide, plan for a room that offers: Length: At least 12 ft (about 365 cm) to allow for carriage movement plus arm and leg extensions beyond the reformer. Width: At least 5 ft (about 150 cm) for room on both sides and to get on and off safely. Ceiling height: At least 7 ft (about 213 cm) to clear the tower, with a little extra for standing tower work. When not in use, it folds down to a compact 25.5 in x 29.0 in x 76.5 in (64.8 x 73.7 x 193.0 cm) footprint for storage. Who it fits (height) Peak Pilates does not publish an official maximum user height or weight for the PPS Deluxe. As a practical guide, the adjustable headrest, footbar, and rope risers let the machine be tailored to a range of body sizes. Assembly The PPS Deluxe requires assembly upon delivery; an Owner's Manual and assembly instructions are included. Two people are recommended for assembly given the size and weight of the components. Moving and storage The PPS Deluxe's signature folding, rolling design lets you collapse it down to a compact footprint and roll it out of the way when not in use. At 341 lb (138.1 kg), plan for two people when moving or repositioning it. Maintenance Requirements: Regular cleaning of the carriage, rails, and upholstery will help maintain performance over time. Keep the folding hinge and rail system free from dust and debris for smooth carriage movement and reliable folding. Periodically inspect springs, ropes, and moving components for signs of wear. Warranty 5 years (limited): frame structural components, rails, and tower extrusions. 2 years (limited): all other components, excluding upholstery, ropes, and straps. Shipping & Delivery Please note: this product is not eligible for free US shipping (and is excluded from shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Large equipment ships via freight carrier, carefully packed in a cardboard or plywood box. Standard delivery is curbside, as close to your entrance or garage as possible. The driver does not unload inside. Plan to have two people available to bring it in. The carrier will call ahead to schedule your delivery.
