Velvet 2025
This delicious rosé is made from Garnacha Peluda, pressed directly and aged in a combination of terracotta amphorae and vats. A wine of gorgeous peach colour, texture and perfume, in the Mediterranean tradition this is a rosado for the table, which would work brilliantly alongside grilled seafood, or the rice dishes for which Catalunya is so well known.
