We’ve taken everything that made our Classic Strongman Sack Sandbag a favourite with Strongman athletes and completely reengineered the construction. The separate inner liner is gone. In its place is a heavy-duty dual-layer construction, giving you a simpler, stronger and more practical sandbag that can be easily adjusted, as you get stronger. Unlike tightly packed, fixed-weight sandbags, the CERBERUS Dual Ply Strongman Sack has that classic loose, shifting and unpredictable feel. The sand moves as you lift, carry and load it, constantly forcing you to fight for position and making every rep a unique challenge. ONE BAG. MULTIPLE WEIGHTS. BUILT FOR PROGRESSION. No replacement liners. No rebuilding your sandbag. Just open it, add sand and keep progressing. HUGE 400MM OPENING Filling and adjusting a heavy sandbag shouldn't be a workout in itself. That's why we've designed this bag with an extra-large 400mm opening, giving you plenty of room to add or remove sand quickly and easily. Whether you're setting the bag up for the first time or adding another 5–10kg after getting stronger, the oversized opening makes the process fast and straightforward. UNIQUE CLIP & ROLL INNER CLOSURE The inner layer features our new clip-together roll-down closure system. Simply close the opening, roll it down securely and clip the two sides together. This creates a tight, leak-resistant seal that keeps the sand where it belongs while still allowing you to reopen the bag whenever you want to adjust the weight. The outer layer then closes in the traditional CERBERUS Strongman Sack style, giving you two layers of protection without the need for a separate disposable liner. PROVEN DUAL-PLY CONSTRUCTION Built from two layers of our heavy-duty 1050D CORDURA® Nylon Ballistic Fabric – the same material used in our renowned CERBERUS Dual-Ply Sandbags. This incredibly tough material has been tried and tested through some of the most demanding Strongman training and competitions in the world, giving the Dual-Ply Strongman Sack Sandbag the durability needed for serious training. The dual-layer construction removes the need for a separate disposable inner liner, making the bag stronger, simpler to use and much easier to adjust as your strength progresses. The inner layer features our unique clip-together roll-down closure system, creating a secure, leak-resistant seal while still allowing you to quickly reopen the bag and add more sand. The tough outer layer then closes using our classic Strongman Sack-style closure, giving you two heavy-duty layers between the sand and the outside world.
