Cookery Class - Thurs 29th Oct

A vegetarian cooking class with Ciara where you’ll learn three delicious dishes highlighting our beautiful seasonal produce using ingredients from local suppliers and independents across the island. This class is focussed on improving your understanding of food from soil to soil, sustainability and nourishment with techniques and tips to support you. As well as learning how to make this nutritious meal you’ll also have a chance to ask questions throughout in this small intimate class and to finish off we’ll sit and eat together. Be sure to bring boxes to carry home your feast!
