Wine Type: White Grape Varieties: Arinto and Boal Region: Algarve Alcohol Content: 11.5% Producer: Arvad Wine Vintage: 2025 Size: 0.75L Winemaking: Near the Alvôr Ria, with a Mediterranean climate influenced by the Atlantic. Clay-limestone soil. Hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC. Aged on fine lees for 5 months before bottling. Tasting Notes: It has a highly appealing aroma, initially displaying a tropical and citrus profile, followed by intriguing notes of aniseed and minerality. Enveloping and fresh, it has a strikingly salty and mineral palate. The finish is very pleasant and persistent. Pairing: Perfect with starters, goose barnacles, oysters, salads, and grilled fish.
