Three very different Yorkshire cheeses. One very easy way to celebrate Yorkshire Day. We’ve chosen three brilliant cheeses that showcase the variety being made across the county: Harrogate Blue – 100g A mellow cow’s-milk blue from Shepherds Purse, with a crumbly texture and savoury, peppery flavour. Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco – 100g A young, semi-soft sheep’s-milk cheese with a creamy texture and fresh, lemony yoghurt notes. Summerfields Organic – 100g A firm organic cow’s-milk cheese with rich flavours of fudge, butterscotch and fermented fruit. You’ll receive 300g of cheese altogether — enough to create a generous cheeseboard for two to three people. Everything’s chosen for you. Just add crackers, chutney and something good to drink.
