Glen Scotia 'Campbeltown Malts Festival Release 2025' 54.3%
Released to celebrate the 2025 Campbeltown Malts whisky festival, this 9 year old Glen Scotia is a rare example of the distillery's heavily peated spirit, produced only once a year for six weeks. Matured initially in ex-bourbon barrels, its final maturation took place in ex-Ribera del Duero red wine casks from Spain. The rich peat smoke and sea-side saltyness is contrasted by vanilla and the hallmark juicy red fruits from the wine casks, bursting with blackberries and redcurrants.
