We strongly recommend hikari minivore • Temperament: Generally a peaceful fish. They’re social and will huddle together if kept in groups. They will eat any small fish that can fit in their little mouths • Tankmates: They do best with larger community/semi aggressive fish. Angelfish, Senegal Polypterus, Electric Blue Acara, Geophagus, Ctenopoma Leaf Fish etc. • Breathing: They have a primitive lung and will breathe air. Make sure they have a gap between lids and water surface to come up for air •Breeding : Its a challenge not done frequently by home aquarists.
