An exclusive edition. A three-bottle collection featuring three distinct wines, each revealing a unique expression of the Podere dell’Olmo vineyard in Tuscany. Presented as a trilogy of small-production wines, the three wines pay tribute to the estate’s iconic wine, Colore, revealing the DNA of its historic blend through the bottling of three barrels of each of the three grape varieties that, since its creation in 2000, have formed part of the selection for Colore: Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo. Inspired by the numbering of New World wine cases, these wines instead take the name “Balocchi” — Balocchi di Colore means “Colore’s toys” in Italian. The concept highlights Bibi Graetz’s creative and innovative spirit, while paying tribute to Tuscany’s winemaking heritage.
