British Summer Honey

You can taste the wildflowers all the way through it. Black Bee’s Summer Honey is made by bees who have feasted on a selection of British wildflowers all through the summer months. You’ll find it’s a light golden honey, with a runny consistency and rich, heady floral flavour. It’s gorgeous stuff, as good in a salad dressing as it is on porridge - and do’t just take our word for it this Summer Honey has also won a Great Taste Award. Every jar of honey produced by the Black Bee collective is stamped with the UK location it was produced in, the name of the bee keeper and the ‘total activity’, that is the level of antimicrobal properties preset in that batch. And 2% of every sale goes towards plating wildflower meadows for the next generations of bees.
