It has been created as an approachable introduction to Crossover, offering three distinct expressions of British fruit, spontaneous fermentation, oak and time. Taste them together, share them with someone curious, or take your time exploring each bottle. Onyx Ripe peach and soft fermentation character on the nose, followed by juicy stone fruit and bright, lively acidity. Layers of gentle wild complexity develop as it opens, while extended bottle conditioning gives the beer a smooth mouthfeel and a clean, lingering finish. Bramble, Thorn & Briar 2023 Raspberry and blackberry lead, with a delicate suggestion of rose and a gentle wild edge. Tart berry fruit carries through the palate, balanced by subtle oak and earthy spice. Bright acidity and fine carbonation lead to a clean, dry finish. Damascene 2023 Deep damson and dark plum on the nose, with touches of spice, almond and wild fermentation. Juicy dark fruit is balanced by firm acidity, subtle tannins and rounded oak. Rich and structured, finishing dry and elegant.
