Voyager Schooner Pale Malt | 25 kilo

Voyager Schooner Pale Malt is a base malt made from Schooner variety barley. An old-world Australian variety grown exclusively by our growers in the Riverina. It's for all-grain brewers after a full-flavoured, lighter pale malt with a bit of character: lower apparent attenuation than modern varieties gives it a softer mouthfeel and a subtle honey/vanilla note that's unique to this heritage variety. EBC 3–5 Similar profile to older-style British malts Pick up in-store only -25kg bags are too heavy and costly to ship with standard couriers, so this one's not available for postage or local delivery.
