The Zhou family tea gardens is devoted to harmony with the surrounding ecology, with no fertilizers or pesticides used. Made from the 'Litsea coreana' plant, the leaves of this shrubby tree are thick and fragrant. When plucked, they are bruised and oxidized in the style of a black tea.
