The dial is finished in the "Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50" shade, the same tone used on the original 1972 model, with the signature "Grande Tapisserie" pattern, white gold applied hour markers, and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating. The case is 11mm thick with a sapphire exhibition caseback, and water resistance is rated to 50 metres. The watch is powered by the automatic Calibre 4302, a self-winding movement with a 70-hour power reserve, 32 jewels, and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz). Functions include hours, minutes, centre seconds and date.
