Replacement steering column rubber sleeves for the Arwibon Q13Pro electric scooter. This set includes two rubber sleeves installed around the steering column or steering pivot area. They fit between the related metal components and help keep the steering assembly properly seated during normal movement. Tools Required Allen key set Socket or wrench set Flat plastic pry tool Clean cloth Suitable grease if required Removal 1. Support the Steering Assembly Place the scooter on a stable repair stand. Make sure the front steering section is supported before loosening the steering column hardware. 2. Remove the Related Fasteners Locate the bolts or axle holding the steering column or steering pivot assembly. Use the correct Allen key or wrench to remove the retaining hardware. Keep all bolts, washers, and spacers in their original order. 3. Remove the Old Rubber Sleeves Carefully separate the steering components enough to access the rubber sleeves. Remove the old sleeves from both sides. If the rubber is stuck, use a plastic pry tool rather than a sharp metal object. 4. Clean the Mounting Position Remove dirt, old grease, and rubber residue from the mounting surface. Check the surrounding metal parts for unusual wear or damage before installing the new sleeves. Installation 1. Compare the New Sleeves Place the new parts next to the original sleeves. Check: Inner diameter Outer diameter Thickness Overall shape Installation direction Do not install the new parts if the dimensions are different. 2. Install the New Rubber Sleeves Position one sleeve on each side of the steering column or pivot area. Make sure each sleeve sits flat and fully inside its original mounting position. Do not fold, twist, or pinch the rubber during installation. 3. Reassemble the Steering Hardware Align the steering column, sleeves, spacers, and mounting holes. Reinstall the original axle, bolt, washers, and retaining hardware. Tighten the fasteners securely with the correct tools. Final Check After installation, turn the handlebar fully left and right. Check that: The steering moves smoothly Both rubber sleeves remain seated No abnormal side-to-side looseness is present No metal-to-metal contact occurs No rubbing or binding can be felt Push and pull the steering column lightly to check for unwanted movement. Do not ride the scooter if the steering remains loose after installation.
