Athemist – Feather blend hand-dyed British wool tops

Hand-dyed wool tops for spinning. The blend combines naturally white and brown British wool for a gentle, warm oatmeal colour which shows through the dyed colours in places. Breeds: Wensleydale, Teeswater, Bluefaced Leicester and moorit Shetland. Approx. 100g. This spinning fibre is the Feather blend – a blend of British Breeds that I designed to combine lustre and a little bit of halo. This blend is perfectly suited to smooth, worsted style spinning and will spin beautifully into a fine, strong yarn.
