Colombia Diviso Gesha

Origin 06. Finca El Diviso, Huila. The Lasso family, third generation. A single Gesha cultivar, grown at 1,700 to 1,850 metres on the same farm where their grandfather first planted. Double anaerobic, washed. Roasted light. Lemongrass and figs at the front. Grapefruit running through. Long, clean, unmistakable. Gesha changed specialty coffee twenty years ago. This is what it tastes like grown deliberately, on a small farm, by people who know the lot. Tested at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for ochratoxin A and aflatoxins. Single farm.
