WHOLESALE RESELLERS LISCENSE

Reseller licensing program for customers who purchase Nu Kustomz Glitter Transfers for resale rather than garment production. An active Monthly or Annual Reseller License is required to resell, advertise, bundle, or otherwise distribute eligible Nu Kustomz transfers to the customer's own customers. Custom Designs: Transfers created from the customer's own artwork or designs do not require an additional designer license. Designer Designs: Certain designs created or owned by independent designers may require a separate designer license or additional permission. A Nu Kustomz Reseller License does not automatically grant resale rights for designs that require separate licensing. Nu Kustomz will identify designs that require additional licensing when applicable. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required additional designer license before reselling those designs. The reseller license is intended for legitimate resale businesses and helps protect Nu Kustomz, participating designers, and wholesale pricing from unauthorized resale or destashing. Nu Kustomz reserves the right to suspend or terminate reseller privileges for violations of the Reseller Terms.
