A rare opportunity to acquire an exceptionally large, museum-grade fossil specimen, presenting a remarkable theropod dinosaur vertebra of impressive scale and preservation, elegantly mounted upon the AES Bronze Stand Series. A striking expression of palaeontological history, the specimen combines considerable scientific interest with an imposing sculptural presence, making it equally suited to a serious private collection, institutional setting, or sophisticated interior. The extraordinary size of the vertebra, together with the character and quality of its preservation, offers an unusually compelling example of theropod fossil material. Presented on its bespoke bronze stand, the specimen has been elevated beyond its purely scientific context to become a distinguished natural-history object in its own right. *Professional photography of the specimen and measurments can be provided upon request. We are currently engaged with a number of projects and have not yet had the opportunity to complete the dedicated photography for this exceptional piece. Condition Report An exceedingly large theropod dinosaur vertebra of exceptional scale and notable preservation. The specimen has undergone considered stabilisation and consolidation, supporting the long-term integrity of this rare discovery while retaining the natural character and geological history of the fossil. Conservation has provided good overall stability throughout the specimen, with particular attention given to areas surrounding fractures and separations resulting from the fossilisation process. These features are inherent to the geological formation and history of the material and contribute to the authentic character of the specimen. The vertebra originates from the Ksar-es-Souk region and the fossil-bearing Tegana Formation, presenting a remarkable combination of size, preservation and presence. Its substantial proportions and carefully conserved condition make this an unusually impressive example of theropod material, with considerable appeal to discerning collectors of palaeontological specimens. Stat Genus: Theropoda, Theropod Dinosaur Age: Cretaceous, 100,000,000 - 89,000,000 years Origin: De Ksar-es-Souk, Morocco, N. Africa Size: TBU
