HIMALAYAN HONEY ORGANIC

My favorite new addition to our tea line up for 2026. When I first tasted this high elevation green tea I had to ask if it was scented with fresh flowers, maybe jasmine or honeysuckle, as it was that fresh and floral. But it has not been embellished in any way. This leaf is just that special. Full in body and flavor while still balanced between smooth and refreshing. This handmade / hand rolled green tea is somehow familiar yet unique. Not roasty or grassy like many Chinese green teas, and not savory like fine Japanese green teas (my other favorite style of green tea). It is just floral, vegetal, vibrant and complex with mineral depth. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. ~Joel Origin: Nepal Preparation: Use about 1 Tb of tea leaves per 12-16 oz of 175º-185º water. Steep 2.5-3.5 minutes for first infusion. Add a minute or so for the next couple of steepings. Adjust amount of tea to taste preference. Moderately Caffeinated Certified Organic
