A new way to brew pour over The Binocular Dripper is a dual cone pour over brewer designed for wet blending. It allows two coffees to be brewed separately and combined during extraction into a single cup. Each coffee is brewed with its own parameters. They remain separate until the moment they merge, preserving clarity while building balance and structure in the cup. How it works Each cone functions independently. You can use different coffees, grind sizes, doses, and pour patterns on each side. Both extractions flow into a shared outlet only after brewing begins, creating a freshly brewed blend in real time.
