Domaine de Reuilly Pinot Gris

Reuilly is a tiny village about 40 miles west of Sancerre in the central Loire. In addition to Sauvignon, they also have a tradition of producing Pinot Gris here in a very unique way. A short maceration of few days results in pale pinkish salmon hue with delicate grapefruit and red berry aromas. A wonderful blend of Provencal rose style-fruit with Loire Valley minerality.
