The single site is in front of Raul Perez's home, its a 100+ year old vineyard planted on fine sand. Organically farmed and aged for twelve months in french oak barrels, and the result speaks to Bierzo's fascinating microclimate quirks — this is a region where grapes just meters apart can ripen weeks differently depending on the wind and terrain.
