Winemaking Rosage Noir 2024 is a second wine from domaine tetta, based primarily on Pinot Noir. It is produced in Okayama, where the vineyards are planted on limestone-rich soils known for contributing natural acidity and mineral expression to the grapes. The grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Gentle pigeage is used to extract colour and structure while preserving balance and clarity of fruit.
