Swordfish Steak | Center Cut

Swordfish is one of my favorite "steaks from the sea". The thickness and meaty texture make it a great fish for the grill or pan. It does not take much to cook swordfish, salt and pepper makes it perfect. Our swordfish are either sourced from Florida or Costa Rica. They are wild caught (only way to catch swordfish) and processed here in Miami.
