The name speaks to the Little Sister in all of us: “Ladies of Coffee” brings together the lots of several female specialty coffee producers in Sul de Minas, Brazil. The beans are naturally processed - meaning after sorting they are left to dry on raised patios under the sun with the cherry intact. The process imbues them with a fruity cola body and rich mouthfeel. A citrusy bergamot note characterizes the finish, making this an excellent pour-over choice to get the day rolling! Region: Sul de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil Process: Natural Varietal: Catuai, Mundo Nuovo, Bourbon Altitude: 1250-1400 masl.
