Celebrating forty-five years of The Australian Women’s Weekly Children’s Birthday Cake Book — the 1980 classic behind generations of Australian birthday memories — this premium Recipe Box Collection from the Royal Australian Mint gathers twelve commemorative coins alongside the recipes that made them famous. Inside are eleven uncirculated $1 coins designed by the Mint’s Lydia Ashe, each depicting a beloved cake — Rubber Ducky, Dolly Varden, Swimming Pool, Humpty Dumpty, Candy Castle, Cuddly Koala, Echidna, Robert Robot, Tip Truck and Racing Track — plus the Choo Choo Train $1 coin exclusive to this collection (coin mintage just 16,000). Completing the set is a coloured uncirculated $2 coin featuring the Hickory Dickory Watch design. The obverse of each coin bears the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III by Daniel Thorne.
