We'll explore the possibilities of atmospheric effects, the pure tones of sunset, & the drama of strong light & shadow. Supply List: Pastel sketching paper such as Canson Mi Tientes - a few sheets in a midtone 1 piece of sanded (gritty surface) in a warm midtone like ochre, tan or terra cotta or a similar colour. 2 rags (or more) Masking tape, eraser, charcoal stick, paper blending sticks, a face mask Transfer paper (if you have it) I will bring some to class Drawing board as a support for your paper - a table easel is also great if you have one Every pastel you can lay your hands on All classes and workshops are non-refundable.
