Originally we tried to stay alive by reselling warranty returns from a spectacularly nasty chip defect back to customers. Turns out people are actually pretty happy to buy used headphones at a discount, as long as the warranty is still valid. You can now trade in your used VMK20 headphones with us and get a reasonable credit toward a new pair.
