Penelope 7 Year Old Barrel Strength Bourbon

Penelope 7 Year Old Barrel Strength Bourbon is a powerful Indiana straight bourbon blended from three bourbon mash bills and aged in hand-selected new American oak. Built on an 82% corn, 8% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley recipe, it delivers pecan, dried apricot, vanilla, and rich caramel aromas with deep toffee, leather, orange zest, and subtle barrel char. Bottled at 57.6% ABV without chill filtration or dilution, this full-bodied bourbon finishes with white pepper, cinnamon, brown sugar, and lingering caramel. Enjoy it neat or with a splash of water to open up its layered character, or use it as the bold foundation for a classic bourbon cocktail.
