Class: Vintage Christmas Tree Embroidery (11/15)

Sunday, Nov 15th, (12pm-3pm). Reservation required. Join instructor Nichole Heady for a relaxing afternoon of embroidery. In this class you will get started on the popular Vintage Christmas Tree Embroidery Kit, which uses various stitches to create the texture and detail of a traditional tree adorned with candles. Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn new skills or more advanced wanting to stitch in a fun group setting, this class is for you. Once this 3-hour class is completed, you will have all the necessary skills and be well on your way to completing your own holiday artwork which can be used as a tree ornament or festive holiday decor. Skills you will learn: Dividing strands and floss management Using basic stitches to create tree texture Layering stitches without snags to add candles Fill stitches to efficiently create the pot Finishing the back for display Materials: The class includes three hours of instruction.
